Kelly draws upon more than 25 years of public and private sector experience as a Chief Security Officer; an international, physical security operations practitioner; and a security risk management advisor. 

In these capacities he has led multi-national security risk management operations and complex physical security programs that have enabled executives to focus their organizations on core competencies where they can achieve definable advantages and add value to their client base thus facilitating and protecting strategic advantages they have in the marketplace.

Kelly’s belief is that proactive, predictive, and responsive advice and access to information critical in building a companies’ resilience to operational risk creates an atmosphere for protecting people and assets properly.  Kelly is a key leadership advisor and business partner in developing and executing security strategies in support of overall organizational resiliency.

Training Expert: Security

David Nicastro, CFE and CPP, is a seasoned security professional with more than 28 years of experience, specializing in physical security risk and vulnerability assessments. Dave is a published author and has appeared as an expert commentator on network news programs. He is an expert in Chemical and Petrochemical security operations management. Dave is focused on creating value for clients by consistently providing high-quality security services around the world.

Following a distinguished career that took the former Marine Security Guard and member of the U.S. Secret Service from his post outside the U.S. Embassy in Beirut to the White House and, ultimately, into the highest echelons of corporate America, today Dave is recognized throughout the security industry for his expertise in security risk mitigation and management.

 

Clarence Jorif

Clarence Jorif

Training Expert: Security

Clarence has served 34 years in federal, local, and military law enforcement roles. He retired from the U.S. Secret Service as a Senior Special Agent (SSA), December 2016.  As a SSA, he routinely provided and supervised protective operations for the President, VP and former President’s of the United States, foreign heads of state, visiting dignitaries and all others as assigned.

His last specialization was Cyber Security Protection as it pertained to personal/protective security for President Barack Obama, Vice President Joseph Biden, and President Elect Donald J. Trump.

Clarence maintains his certification as a Computer Forensic Examiner and was a certified member of the U.S. Secret Service Electronic Crimes Special Agent Program (ECSAP).  

He was an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Phoenix, Southern California Campus, where he was certified to teach Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement curriculum.

 

David Loh

Training Expert: Fire & Pre-panning

Dave worked as a Florida Firefighter with the Broward Sheriff’s Office-Department of Fire Rescue where he proudly served for 24 years as Firefighter/Hazmat Tech/Paramedic, Lieutenant and Captain. He was selected to train as one of the first hazardous materials technicians in 1984 on one of the county’s first hazmat teams.

After retirement, David was appointed as Special Hazards Training Branch Coordinator for the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services. The mission was to enhance the training initiatives for hazardous materials, flammable gas and technical rescue programs.
